- Despite a massive international effort, several treatments that once held great hope for fighting Ebola have turned out not to work against the dreaded virus that killed more than 11,000 people in the most recent outbreak. Studies show these three treatments don’t seem to work: 1) Blood donations from Ebola survivor. 2) Brincidofovir 3)TKM-Ebola. While seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media, every week cases of vaccine injuries and deaths are litigated in the U.S. vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). If you want to know the true risks one takes when receiving a vaccine, do not depend on the pharmaceutical industry, government health officials, or the mainstream media.
- With only three weeks left in the latest Affordable Care Act enrollment period, U.S. health officials and community advocates are ramping up efforts to sign up difficult-to-reach Latino Americans. Potassium bromate, a chemical historically used to whiten and strengthen dough for baking, was declared unsuitable for use in flour by the World Health Organization and the United Nations’ Food and Agricultural Organization in the early 1990s. In 1999 it was declared a possible human carcinogen by the WHO. There’s also evidence that the chemical damages kidney function in humans. Despite the myriad health dangers associated with potassium bromate, the Food and Drug Administration continues to allow its use as a food additive in baked goods.
- Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) on Monday chided President Obama for meeting with his favorite rapper but not finding time to talk with the lawmaker about civil liberties. Amash was responding to a report that Obama recently met with Kendrick Lamar in the Oval Office, where a White House aide said they shared a personal moment. Sen. Rand Paul hit the campaign trail this week promoting the latest version of his Audit the Fed bill, first pioneered by his father, former Congressman Ron Paul. The Pauls are longtime critics of the Federal Reserve, sounding the alarm that the semi-private bank artificially regulates interest rates and, according to Sen. Paul, exacerbates income inequality.

- Over at Baylor Hospital in Texas, recent FDA approval of initial testing on a new, individually customized cancer treatment could bring new hope to the lives of millions struggling to fight the disease in the form of a simple shot.
- Misconceptions of sexual activity may be causing many pediatricians and family doctors to not recommend the HPV vaccine to preteens and their parents, contributing to low vaccination rates, a survey of nearly 600 doctors suggests.

- We’re in-between holidays today which may be the perfect time to think about creating your life anew before the New Year Arrives! Among your resolutions, perhaps a good expenditure of time would be to re-read “The 9 Steps to Keep the Doctor Away!” With each new component you add to the steps, you will likely be repaid a thousand-fold in healthy returns. How? It turns out that your healthy steps are cumulative and additive in a good way. The opposite is also true – the detrimental things also build on one another.
- A new observational study published in the medical journal Vaccine confirms that more vaccines are more dangerous than one. 1 + 1 + 1 does not equal 3 when it comes to the toxic injections. Much the same way that the LD1 of mercury and the LD1 of lead does not equal an LD2, but an LD100! LD stands for lethal dose, by the way. How will we ever undo the damage? Of course, the best way is to never do the damage in the first place. What’s the key to cancer? Preventing it in the first place from ever occurring.
- Is there a shift happening in favor of real prevention? WE recently learned that Ireland is pushing back against the HPV vaccine mandate, much to the chagrin of Merck and GSK. How is this possible? For starters, Ireland does not protect vaccine manufacturers from lawsuit should their product injure or kill. This has caused the people and politicians of Ireland to be much more cognizant of the very real adverse events happening after Gardasil injections.
- Are the symptoms that follow routine (or mandatory) vaccination merely coincidental? Can using the word COINCIDENCE turn your spider senses off to the very real relationship between injecting toxins and negative health outcomes? How’s that programming working for you?
- The CIA popularized the negative response to the term conspiracy theorist in much the same way you are supposed to dismiss anything your doctor calls coincidence. Is 2016 the year you muck up their programming?
- What of the cancer causing chemicals on your kid’s school playground? Controversy is growing over the use of recycled rubber tires and the chemicals they release as your children play on the spongy material. Senators are calling for EPA investigations. While we would not say that playground bounciness is the cause of cancer, it certainly should be considered as an accumulating carcinogen. Is it all too much to consider? What’s the point, if everything causes cancer? Why bother? That kind of response rests fairly low on the survival scale.
- If you intend to help the next generations, you must first be willing to help yourself. It’s called love. Vitamin L must first be given to yourself, or ultimately, you may be less than capable in helping others. Could that be a clue to another powerful New Year’s resolution? Howard Zinn once said that the problem is not civil disobedience, but too much civil obedience. Let your conscience (connected to a higher power) be your guide.

- More than 95% accurate, this early detection cancer test could save your life without the risk of radiological screenings. The good news is that there are alternatives for preventing and curing cancer, although information on this can be difficult to access, as it’s routinely suppressed by the medical establishment and their paid-for media, who’s not interested in providing “care” unless it’s profitable or generates repeat business.

- Scientists say they’ve discovered a specific chemical in the brain they believe is linked to autism. The Harvard University researchers found that autistic behavior is associated with a breakdown in the signaling pathway used by a major inhibitory neurotransmitter called GABA. Improved understanding could lead to further treatments.

- Eighteen girls from Ireland join a staggering 131 young women who came forward just one week ago reporting of adverse effects from the HPV vaccine. The fresh allegations come as a senior doctor in Denmark – where the Gardasil drug has been replaced by an alternative – has linked some chronic symptoms to the vaccination. A TV3 documentary, Cervical Cancer Vaccine.
- Science teaches that oil and water don’t mix. However, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) just fast-tracked Novartis’ oil-in water, squalene-adjuvanted flu shot for approval in individuals 65 and older. The squalene emulsion cocktail is approved for use in the U.S. one year after Italian regulators temporarily banned the squalene Fluad vaccine following 19 elderly deaths reported after vaccination.
- A new Canadian study suggests that women who take antidepressants during pregnancy may be more likely to have children with autism. The overall risk is low— less than 1 percent of the nearly 150,000 babies in the study were diagnosed with autism by age six or seven. But children of women who took antidepressants during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy were 87 percent more likely to develop autism than kids born to women who didn’t take the drugs, researchers report in JAMA Pediatrics.

- In a new study, people who believed negative stereotypes about old age had higher risk of Alzheimer’s. The researchers, from the Yale School of Public Health, say it’s the first time this type of risk factor has been linked in a study to the development of brain changes linked to Alzheimer’s disease.
- Patients who go to the doctor sick with an expectation of receiving antibiotics are less satisfied with their care, according to a new study in England. Researchers at King’s College in London found just over half of patients were inappropriately prescribed antibiotics by general practitioners. Antibiotics are ineffective against colds, coughs, sore throats or the flu. As we wish beloved CBC host Stuart McLean the best during his treatment for melanoma, let’s not use the language of winners and losers.
- When it comes to cancer, ‘battle’ is a bad word. Jimmy Carter was teaching his regular Sunday school class at Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Georgia, when he broke the news: He is cancer free. The class broke into applause. The former President announced in August that a deadly form of skin cancer, melanoma, which was first found in his liver, had spread to his brain. He was treated via surgery, radiation and a relatively new form of immunotherapy.
- There is evidence indicating that getting flu shots year after year could actually lower your immune system’s effectiveness. Recently, Dr. Edward Belongia of Wisconsin’s Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation discussed findings that children who had been vaccinated annually over a number of years were more likely to contract the flu than kids who were only vaccinated in the season in which they were studied.

- A new study shows parents who go online to find out about the vaccine for human papillomavirus (HPV), a sexually transmitted disease that causes cervical cancer, may have a hard time finding accurate information. Could it be that the majority of the available information is propaganda from the medical industrial complex?
- The pharmaceutical company that came under fire for raising the price of the anti-parasite drug Daraprim says it will significantly lower the drug cost for hospitals, but not the overall list price. Daraprim, a drug by Turing Pharmaceuticals used to treat toxoplasmosis, had a list price of $750 per dose as of October 2015 — up from $18 per pill before Turing Pharmaceuticals bought the drug in August. Turing CEO Martin Shkreli, under fire for jacking up the price, had said back in September that he would lower it, but did not give details at the time. However, on Tuesday, Nancy Retzlaff, Turing’s Chief Commercial Officer, pledged that no patient would be denied the drug based on their inability to pay and announced various price cuts to hospitals.
- The GOP-led Congress wants to hand the IRS the keys to your freedom. The highway funding bill now making its way past lawmakers includes a provision that would allow the government to yank your passport if you owe the IRS more than $50,000.
- Since Chinese officials slapped GlaxoSmithKline with a $489 million fine on bribery charges, the company has overhauled its sales practices to quash corruption. But some say its reforms could hurt its top line at a time when the company’s already suffering. GSK has eliminated sales-based compensation incentives for reps, nixed doctor speaking fees and tripled an in-house compliance team that now checks every submitted receipt. The company says its staff is on board with those anti-corruption moves.
